They were prompt with the references and legal things, like drawing you the agreement. But they were neither involved in viewing of the apartment nor they helped me during check-in, as I had to run...

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback which we are always grateful to receive, with regards to your comments, unfortunately our lettings team were not made aware of the initial viewing as the current tenant was an acquaintance of yours, had we known of the viewing we would of course accompanied.

Our property check-ins are prearranged with an independent inventory company at a time to suit yourself on the move in day and do require the time slot to be adhered to, unfortunately we are unable to provide assistance with moving of items or transport to the property. We wish you all the best in your new property.

I didn’t ask to move my luggage to the new apartment. And the inventory company timing was not arranged to suit my time, it was forced on me. I said afternoon or evening of 27th October but you guys told me you close down at 1 pm on Saturday and didn’t even gave me an option of some other time or day. So please don’t say the date and time was arranged to suit mine.

Great service

When my properties come up for re-let they are let quickly with no or very little void periods and any maintenance or cleaning is dealt with quickly and efficiently prior to the new tenants moving in.
