Overall satisfactory.
Notification of deliveries is still not good. Website and online account information still in need of upgrading. Quality of items is very good.

Disappointed
Disappointed with the quality of the plant, it wasn't as healthy looking as I expected. A couple of leaves were yellow and one leaf was brown.
