We are sorry to hear that you have yet to receive your raspberry canes, unfortunately these are not quite up to the optimal condition for growing on at this moment and we are waiting for an update from our nurseries as to when we are hoping to get them despatched and we apologise that we haven't communicated better in relation to this. We are sorry to hear of the disappointment with your order, unfortunately our live products do sometimes take longer to grow on than we originally anticipate which does cause delays and we can only apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are sorry to hear that it took some time to get this resolved unfortunately due to data protection we do have to speak to the account holder however we are sorry that we did not get back to you as expected.
