Outstanding customer service.
The quality of the enquiry handling was outstanding in the person of Kai. He understood what we were looking for and curated a number of options. Very warm and very professional.

Sales person was very helpful in answering questions by email or phone. Sunsail staff at the charter location were also very helpful and service-oriented.
