I can see your order was placed on the 2nd and dispatched on the 4th. This is two days faster than our recommended dispatch date. As an iron on label, this does not need to be applied to the care tag of the clothing, but can be ironed directly onto the clothing garment itself. Our iron on label range is suitable for all materials (other than silk and clothing items that cannot be ironed due to the heat) so it may be the case that your iron has not been hot enough when applying your labels.
