Thank you for your feedback on our Airline & Airport Passenger Service Agents course. We're pleased to hear you were happy with our service and that you found us friendly and easy to access, but we regret that you weren't entirely satisfied with your course.
This course is a theory-based course and is therefore designed to give students an introduction to the profession of Airline & Airport Passenger Service Agents. It serves to provide students the appropriate knowledge base for further practical training. We have had many students study this course and use the knowledge gained from it to further their training toward a successful career.
We want our students to be happy with their courses and to gain the awards, fulfilment and sense of achievement they should from any educational experience, and we're sorry that hasn't happened in your case.
Please feel free to contact us directly if you'd like to discuss this further. You can reach us on 01288 356300, any time between 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.
