By responding to correspondence in a timely, professional way instead of generically generated liaising with clients...not happy at all...Will be pursuing my situation further!

Access to staff is not good over the phone or email. Take too long to return calls and emails. First car I rented had faults, lights weren’t working properly and warning messages came on after one...
