Dear Customer,

We have spoken today regarding your review and in your own words you said that 'You became lazy and didn't utilise the products', in essence you didn't follow the guidelines to make the products work for your condition, instead leaving them in the garage unused.

I also asked why in that case you didn't return the products, especially as you brought the bundle combo offer.

We have tried to ask how we can help you utilise the products better but unfortunatly you where not too interested.

The Backrack system is very effective if utilised as instructed, baring in mind how long you have had the issue you need to persevere, it is not an instant fix.

Dear Customer,

It is posted on our website that the Backrack Lumbar Belt fits up to a max 50" waist.

We did give you a full refund when you you said the product was too small.

We provided the service refund as requested fast.
