Not bad, but could be improved
I was expecting the Crates to arrive a couple of days earlier rather than with the driver, because packing everything up requires more than the 30 minutes I was given. Fortunately I had bought boxes...

Thank you for your feedback on this and we take on board your comments where we could improve. The booking confirmation does state about the 20 minutes to pack and there is an option to choose a later pick up date if you need more time. We are glad you found the driver nice and polite and sticking to social distancing.

Unfortunately something went wrong and my boxes did not get delivered on the the actual booking day. However, once the boxes got delivered the next day and were all packed, Mark and Greg helped me...

The driver was punctual and incredibly kind. He texted me to give me a time frame and called me once he was on site!

Very good service
Had some IT issues but the team is extremely available and supportive so everything was fixed promptly. Would definitely recommend them.

Easy to book and good service
Simple to book and service for collection went smoothly. Just a little hiccup which caused the delivery to be delayed. Overall a good experience

Great and affordable services, with friendly and helpful staff
Booking process online was very easy and prices are competitive. Due to the current lockdown I had some issue with scheduling the re-delivery but customer service on the phone was extremely helpful....
