This issue will be addressed with the relevant file handlers. Just to clarify on the Guaranteed Hire Vehicle policy cover that you have. It does provide you with a Licensed vehicle for up to 28 days but not for supplementary costs such as re-plating. As you had the vehicle for 23 days you are still entitled to a further 5 days during the current insured period, if required, for fault accident related reasons if you have not already used any other days.
