I didn't end up riding with them; the day I travelled on was a chaotic one of cancelled flights and hastily re-scheduled plans, so I booked with Snowbus as a fallback, before my originally booked...

Hello. Thanks for your feedback. We're very sorry that you did not receive the same great service on your return journey that you did on your inbound transfer. Unfortunately there can be hold-ups when multiple buses are meeting in the valley. However, it seems we have been let down by an individual driver on this occasion, as this is definitely not the service that they are trained to deliver. I can only apologise - we will investigate and make appropriate changes as required. We're glad you got to see the normally excellent service as delivered by the other drivers though... All the best

Great service

Easy to navigate and book Good luck up at Airport and trouble free travel. Only holdup was transfer at Bourg on way out. On return, it would have been nice to know how many short stops and pickups...

Hi John. Thanks for your feedback. Incorporating feeder buses from other resorts in the valley can cause unforeseen hold-ups to the main bus unfortunately - but we will endeavour to improve our communication regarding these in the future...
