Hi Sarah - thank you so much for your feedback. We really value all points of view -We find fragrance is a difficult one to solve for everyone as everyone has a different preference for smell. We took a long time developing our signature fragrance in order to try to meet the needs of all. In doing so we felt that it was better to allow consumers who liked strong fragrance to add to smol using their softener rather than make it too strong for others. Hi Sarah, so sorry that you have had a bad experience. Everyones has a different sense of smell. As you can see from the reviews many people love the smol scent. As you know we have been in touch to let you know how you can modify, or cancel your plan. It seems smol isn't for you but thank you for giving us a try.

Sorry to hear you haven't experienced a good result on your childrens clothes.

It's difficult to advise without knowing more about the size of your machine, how many capsules you are using, and the particular stains that you are having trouble removing. If you would like to get in touch we may be able to advise how to improve your result.
