Hi Sue - We have just looked into this and I can see that customer service emailed you on both the 8th and the 14th to verify your account as the email you used to contact us wasn't listed in our system. We can now locate you via this review and have cancelled your account accordingly. I hope you understand we have many customers with the same name so we need emails or address verification to ensure we cancel the correct person. This has now been done for you - so sorry for the confusion, you will probably find our previous correspondence in your junk :)
