I sent this company 2 emails to cancel a subscription as the products were making my skin spotty and couldn't justify the cost. Despite this they took £93 out of my account and sent me more items....

We never received an email from you but it's a mistake on our part, we will fix our system as soon as possible. Furthermore, we just cancelled your subscription, you'll not be charged anymore. If you look on over feedback you say the same thing you never received emails queetonable obviously you need to update your system. Ok so you have now cancelled my subscription ty and send me a tracking email now saying the item is delivered.
Firstly I don't have the item and secondly I'm £93 out of pocket. Are you going to refund me ????

Hello! Now we are in May and I do notyet have received the serum. Please do something, send me a copy by e-mail of the despatch document, I need to bring it to the post office here in Benalmadena. Someone you or mailoffice has to compensate my purchase which was 20 euros plus mailing costs. My e-mail is sirkka-liisa.karhu-ellsworth@pp.inet.fi I appreciate your quck response and compensation and despatch document by e-mail. I cannot understand that nobody is doing anything in this matter.
