I have sent a couple of emails requesting a refund as our flights where cancelled by the airline due to COVID 19 and still no response it has been a few weeks now.

No responses, no refund yet.....

I would rate it lower if I could. I am still waiting for a refund from a flight that was book for June. My enquiries go unanswered. There is no ability to ring and speak to someone.

Forget it

Booking was easy. Getting a response for a refund because flight was cancelled by the airline because of Covid was impossible. In short, don’t expect any after sales service from Skiddoo.
