Thank you for message and I agree totally with your comments and thats why choose to work with underwriters who can provide cover as standard for those who have suffered cancer provided they have been in remission and treatment free for more than 12 months.
The medical question you are asked as part of the booking process is:
Within the last 12 months, have you or your travelling companions suffered from, been investigated for, diagnosed with, received treatment or taken any medication for;
a. any cancer or malignant condition.
With regards to the policy you took out it was priced at £34.64 and it would have covered you as standard provided you had been cancer /treatment free for month than 12 months.
As discussed on the phone I will request to review the answers you gave to the medical screening team and ensure that they interpreted your answers correctly and I will respond to your in writing with comments.
