Firstly thank you for posting your review about us on Feefo. The Invoice from Ski Val is the confirmation of your booking by your tour operator. I'm sorry if you had difficulty in reading it, it was a Word document so I'm surprised your PC couldn't open it. We have now changed the settings on your account within our booking system, so all future communication from us and Ski Val will now be posted by snail mail. Regards The Ski Line team.
