Satisfied with explanation before purchase, friendly staff member.

OK if you are on a budget.

Basically good value for a cremation...quite a bit of waiting involved...I was only notified of the delivery of my brother's ashes about an hour before they were actually delivered to my...

Excellent staff and an empathetic service.

Apart from a technical hitch with their phone system initially, the service was very good. The excellent ladies in the main HQ (in Manchester?) have a genuinely empathetic manner and were so helpful.
