I would happily recommend this company to other families. They explained the process and cost etc very clearly and a ‘cooling off’ period to ensure i was confident with my decision.

Fine - but don’t be in a hurry

Generally OK but quite a long delay from payment to actually having a visit to collect the green form. It seems they could not get through to their agent in Wales but that should not really cause so...

Professional and caring.

Absolutely l have recommended the service and shown the literature too friends who are impressed with the whole idea of cutting out all the expense that usually goes with a funeral.

Been waiting for the funeral pack to arrive for 6 weeks only resived satisfaction survey . Phoned and asked why no pack told it was returned by royal mail .since the 12/ 1/20 Only once from the 12th did they try to contact me so left in limbo for weeks no other correspondence viva email SMS or trying to phone me again This address is were the ashes are supposed to be sent to does not fill me with confidence at all in such a stressful time Why was there no follow up message or call It seems that once you have paid customer is down the list of priorities Left feeling unsure that my father's last wishes will be followed through
