wrong earings sent and were faulty it cost me nearly £6 to send them back . it was a good job I unwrapped them to check because there would have been a very disappointed lady on xmas day

I apologise for the incorrect earring being sent to you and feel embarrassed that they were not up to our usual standards.
We have new staff members that clearly need more training.
I have refunded you the £6.00 in postage. I hope that this has not put you off shopping with us in the future.
