Asked for a gift tag with a message on it. Was bit dissapointed when it came an was just handwritten. Would have been nice to have it printed with nice writing. I could have done that myself.

Gift wrapped with hand written gift card was lovely
Thank you for your feedback. We sent you an email with your tracking number and invoice on the 26th May. It could just be that our email to you has gone into another folder within your email account. I have tracked your parcel (BZ 7392 2102 4GB) and it looks like your order is still processing through the Royal Mail delivery system. I apologise for the delay but we have no control over time-scales of deliveries once the parcels have been accepted by Royal Mail.
