Buying process needs improving
The website is not user friendly, it would not let me put more than 1 product in my basket. That meant I had to go through the whole checkout process twice, which was a pain.

You do currently have the ability to add more than one product to the basket, however, because each policy will have different criteria to meet, you would always need to answer certain questions.
