Never received my order

I never received my tomato seeds, despite a follow up enquiry/reminder email a month after my initial order in early December

Thanks for your response. I haven't received the "replacement "order either. All my other correspondence arrives in timely fashion, so I'm now bemused. To be honest i assumed that you were/are scammers and have written off the money that i spent with your company. It was only a packet of seeds, so not the end of the world I suppose, but very strange to receive nothing, twice!

Good service online, shame you can't choose the month to start, so far a mixed bunch of seeds for the gift subscription - second batch was much more interesting than the first mid winter one, but...
