Course was based more on practice but also combined with theory. Very interactive sessions, worked in many groups to practice real life scenarios. A lot of information achieved in 5 days

Failed to make a dry subject matter engaging

Although the instructor was very well informed on the subject, they did little to make a very dry subject (ISO9001) any more interesting or engaging. We all really struggled to maintain focus on this...
