DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL IN CASE OF PROBLEM - THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU ( DESPITE NUMEROUS REQUESTS I MADE ) - A WEEK LATER THE WINE IS STILL NOT WITH THE RECIPIENT - ALL THEY SAID WAS SORRY - I AM EMBARRASSED AS THE PERSON IT WAS FOR HAD TO GET INVOLVED TO SORT OUT THE MESS - AND THE COMPANY HAVE MADE NO GESTURE OF GOOD WILL. HOW TO RUIN A SURPRISE 'THANK YOU' GIFT. USELESS BUSINESS MODEL IF YOU ARE HAPPY TO LEAVE YOUR CUSTOMERS FEELING LIKE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!??????????????????? AAAAAAHHHHHH!!
