Good

Had no problems, but I am used to transfers being completed very fast. The only issue I had is with transfers after 2.30 in the afternoon not arriving till next day.

Good products; poor customer service

Contacting Secure Trust Bank is ridiculously slow. A simple secure message sent took over a week to be responded to. The usual benign excuse of "we are receiving a high volume of contacts" rolls off...
