App misfunction

There is a bug in the system. I put items into the basket, I can see these but when I go to pay, there is no cost to pay, so I can't buy the items. The items remain in the basket. Any ideas how to...

Too slow. I tried to email Scribbler but the email bounced back a few days later. Too 8 days for the card to arrive.
