Gone downhill since 2014

Contrary to our last visit where the team seemed happy and buoyant, we would say 50% of the Beaches staff seemed unhappy, grumpy, not very well trained or just rude. A real shame.

The staff were impeccable, in particular we should mention Shawna, Canute and Rick O'Neil. They went above and beyond our expectations, and made our holiday spectacular.

We are truly sorry if the work next door hampered your holiday with us in anyway, please be assured this was not intended and was in no way meant to disrupt your holiday, but to develop and enhance our existing product.
