In regards to service, please know that Sandals prides itself on delivering exceptional, first-class service across the board. All of our employees are trained to treat our guests like royalty so it is quite upsetting to read that your comments are not in keeping with this. Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for the last minute resort change and thereby affecting your original holiday plans. Please be assured that the events surrounding this were unexpected and unavoidable. It was upsetting to read that there were a few aspects of our operation that did not quite exceed your expectations and was a source of disappointment to you.

Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable and well maintained resort with friendly and helpful staff at a good value and we are truly sorry that your experience did not reflect this. We have worked so hard to provide a consistent reliable product and a tranquil experience where our guests are valued and feel relaxed however, as hoteliers we know that there is always room for development and all feedback is appreciated.
