Thank you for your comments. We will take on board the specific mention you make of the valuation certificate. The certificate we currently offer is free of charge, and is in a standard format that many jewellers use in the UK. However, we do understand the point you are making and so we will evaluate the options to offer an upgraded version in the future for a small charge.
