Not what I wanted

A bit disappointed as I called in for a large bag of neck wool but you only had small ones which I found expensive and wouldn’t last long.

Hounslow Store not helpfull

Very bad experience. I had voucher to use but the cashier is so unhelpfull and she does not want to use it. Keep saying that i have to ask my manager to use it. Why? This is the voucher, Sally beauty...

Great staff but not much selection for beauty

Staff were really good , friendly and helpful. I rated it 4 stars as the store did not have much of a selection on consumables for beauty such as gauze for face masks or head rest covers
