Homeless allowed to stay & live

Homeless lady lays down in the hallway - Manager says he cannot do anything about it. I feel very unsafe and uncomfortable being in my storage unit.

I believe the manager of the storage told me her name is Janet. I feel horrible that she is homeless and I understand that homeless people need a place to put their belongings. However, I am a young girl and am trying to run my business with my inventory in the storage space with Safeguard. Whenever I go early in the morning, or later at night she is always there with pill bottles on the floor, and she just lays down in the hallway. I don't feel safe, even though she seems harmless. What can we do about this?

Sofia, its our priority that ensure the safety of all clients renting at Safeguard Self Storage. We perform daily walk-throughs and review the activity log to ensure everyone is following rules and regulation as per the lease agreement. This client hasn't broken any rules thus far. We will continue to closely monitor everyone's activity.
