Good service
Produce as described and at a reasonable price. Really pleased with the condition of the trainers and minimal packaging used. Slightly disappointed that they were delivered to a ground floor office...

Poor customer service
I ordered my shoes online, to pick up in my local shop. A week after ordering I phoned Customer Services to find out where my shoes were. I was told they were in stock in the store so I could have...

Hi, we take all feedback seriously so thank you for providing yours. I understand your frustration at your experience with us - this is not the service we aim to provide here. I did email you about your feedback and wanted to inform you that during the time you placed your order we were having technical issues with our automated emails. We only found out about this recently but this error is now fixed and won't happen again. I do apologise that this technical issue affected your order.
