The product came differently to the pictures, very odd and ugly shape…customer service is not helping either… as an interior décor item, it only adds shame to the space and no way I can get the shape...

Good product, exactly as expected. Well packaged for transit. Delivery firm they use was poor - left item on ground floor when my apartment is first floor.
