Generally all round very good. The only thing that irritates me is the constant charge for 'admin' when making bookings or buying merchandise - hence I have stopped buying merchandise… and I will...
I feel that the delivery charges for purchased goods are extremely steep, why is there not an option to collect items at your class?

we run over 2000 classes a week through a network of directly employed coaches and 45 franchises. We provide all the kit directly from HQ and It would be a logistical challenge if it was left to coaches to deliver goods. I hope that makes sense. We would rather charge a delivery and know that goods will be delivered to our customers within three days.
