Hopeless organisation. Great sales pitch beforehand but disastrous on the day of drop off and thereafter. Try a different centre.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you are unhappy with the service we provided. We feel that your one star rating is very unfair. Your dog didn't display the challenging behaviours during his stay so residential training wasn't the best training route for him. Residential training is expensive and wouldn't have achieved the results you wanted but until a dog is assessed in a residential environment there is no way to know this. . We always endeavour to do what's best for dogs and their owners and this is the reason we only charged you for boarding and did not charge for any training, when you returned. Communication is an essential factor in order to meet the owners training expectations. We tried to contact you several times while your dog was with us, but you did not respond. We respect your explanation that you didn't want to deal with this while you were on holidays, but had we been able to communicate then you would not have been disappointed on your return. We did not feel that agreeing to your request not to pay our boarding rates was appropriate as your dog had a great time staying on a boarding basis and was very well cared for while you were away on your holidays. .
