great service but getting to expensive

allways good service but finding it a bit to expensive may have to look elseware if cant get this under control had a claim in 2022 but still being penalised for it 3 years later after being a loyal...

I think that you punish loyal clients by ramping up premiums each year even even though they have no claims, which makes you uncompetitive lack
