We've enjoyed a few holidays with Riviera over the last 5 years and found the tours very good and the hotels excellent.

Whilst I am pleased to learn you had an enjoyable time on your Rhine cruise to Switzerland, it is disappointing to learn you were not entirely delighted with your holiday.
