There was an outstanding problem with this product it took virtually 12 months to resolve and then it was not a perfect outcome. We had to keep chasing Reynolds to achieve any result.

So sorry this matter took so long to be sorted for you and not keeping you better informed. On checking the notes on your order it appears that the stripes on the sofa arms did not line up. Unfortunately the supplier sent in the replacement arm covers incorrectly twice before agreeing to a replacement sofa which has now been delivered.
