Their service is old school nothing is too much trouble. Rom the time you walk in to the shop look at what you want. Until the delivery they keep you informed through out.

Very good customer service in the shop, have a problem with my new sofa after 6 - 7 weeks, waiting for technical person to come and see.

We are sorry for the fact that you have a service issue and also for the time it is taking to sort it out. Due to Coronovirus the service companies are only now beginning to return to work and the one instructed to service your sofa will resume home visits week commencing 15 June. You should be receiving a call to book an appointment. I believe you have already been informed of this via email.
