Ordered the 28/12/22. Today is 27/01/23 and still have not received any update on delivery

I'm so sorry to hear your order never arrived. It looks like there were some delivery issues which we have reported to the selected courier. I can see that a replacement was issued as soon as we were made aware of the problem, so your order will be arriving with an upgraded DPD express service. You should have your order by Tuesday at the latest. Please let us know if we can do anything else, and it's a shame that the delivery service has let us all down. We hope you love the dresses when they arrive! AnaHead of Customer Service
