Thank you for your recent order and feedback. I'm sorry to hear you are yet to receive your order, I can confirm after receiving it on the 04/12/22 it was despatched on the 05/12/2022 by 1st Class Royal Mail. The tracking no. 4804257850019773AE5F4 will update once delivery has been made/attempted. Items are usually delivered within 1-3 working days however there are currently delays in the postal system due to the recent and ongoing strikes. Unfortunately the Royal Mail will also not class the item as lost until 27/12/2022, if you have not received your order by then, please let me know and we will dispatch an immediate replacement.
