Terrible customer experience. I ordered a set of guitar strings on 06/01/22. Still waiting on them to arrive. I e-mailed but no response. Can anyone at Regent Sounds take ownership on this please?

Fab and knowledgable service
Rob was really helpful and happy to let me try out the Broadcast with a guitar similar to my own. Really knowledgable about the product with helpful advice about it. Very competitive price on it too.
