Rubbish don't both with gift vouchers

Bought a voucher for uber eats went on account but can't spend it, these said basically tough it's been redeemed and uber eats just as bad so 15 quid down, not bother with gift vouchers again.

Not overly impressed

I have had a look at your orders and it looks like your original order did not have a gifting email saved, so this will have been sent straight to your email address. For your second order, I can see the order was successfully emailed to the address noted in the gifting email. We do advise to check junk/spam folders as they may end up in there. Hi Rebecca, Many thanks for your reply to my review. I did enter my friend’s email with the first gift card, so I’m not sure why it wasn’t saved. And yes, I did consider the second one may have gone into her spam folder, but she works in IT, so I had assumed she would have checked that (she was expecting the gift card). The website was misleading as it did not explicitly state that the voucher I purchased (for Pizza Hut) could not be used in all locations (and was not for delivery!). The voucher provided cannot even...

The Gift Card you ordered does advise in the card description that in cannot be used at Pizza Hut delivery stores and that they can be redeemed in the Pizza Hut restaurants. We also include a link to their website for the full Terms & Conditions for use of their Gift Cards.
