Booked again with red sea after been back home after a week
We didn’t really know which hotel to book with the issue over the last 5 years , so when we booked the sales rep told me about ghazala gardens , she also sorted our seats and was very helpful

Good, can be improved
First person I spoke to was really helpful, however when I called the second time to actually book the lady wasn’t as nice or helpful. There was a can’t be bothered tone which I didn’t really...
