The personal touch.
They were able to respond to changing circumstances very well. The fact they are a small company allowed for a personalised service, which was appreciated.

Some problems locally but dealt with when Real World were involved.
There were some issues with organisation in Chile and Argentina mainly around pick up times for both tours, and more importantly, pickup for internal flights which caused us some unnecessary concern....
