Good service let down by one bad policy

Overall good service, but feel very cheated having to pay for hundreds of £'s worth of fuel returned unused.

Thank you for providing us with your honest review of the service you received. All customer feedback, good or bad, is vital to the progression and development of our employees and our business. Taking onboard your comment regarding the fuel, we decided to conduct an internal review of our documentation and policies around fuel management. Whilst there is a specific term within our T&Cs that covers the non return of fuel that's used on a project, we think it will assist future customers by including this term within the proposal and formal quote documentation itself. Rather than this term only being visible within the terms and conditions. We really appreciate your feedback and hope to work with you again in the future.
