Thank you for your feedback. Do you have the rubber wedges noise silencers installed on your Quingo Flyte? If you do have these installed on your Quingo Flyte then we will send an engineer to make a slight adjustment. If these are not installed then we will send over an engineer to install these on your Quingo Flyte.
