I can see that you placed your order on the 8th of December and unfortunately wasn't dispatched until the 15th of January due to our stock order being delayed. We strive to offer quick and efficient lead-times and shipping which I understand wasn't the case with your order. A member of our sales team did try to contact you through the number you gave when placing the order to inform you of this update but he was unsuccessful getting through to you. Our usual protocol with any delays on orders is to also email our customers as well as call. We sincerely apologise that this didn't happen with your order and we have put measures in place to ensure this wont happen again. To make up for the inconvenience you faced with this order we would like to offer a full refund for your order. Our accounts team have been notified of this and you will receive your refund within 7-10 days.
