While we do strive to offer fast shipping and clearly communicate delivery expectations, we understand how frustrating it can be when things don’t go as planned. I have looked into your order, and I can see it took 4 working days to arrive, which is slightly outside our usual 1–3 day estimate, and we apologize for that. We completely understand this is not acceptable. I have opened an investigation as to why it took the extra day to arrive, as this is not normally something that happens. As mentioned in my email on 05/23, it appears the bearings you originally ordered were not the correct type for your application.
